Honest, fair and timely! Dustin performs maintenance and takes care of any AC problems that arise on the vacation rental units I manage on Siesta Key and downtown Sarasota. I have peace of mind that things are handled properly and as efficiently as possible. After 18 years of service our A/C finally quit. I immediately reached out to a few of local, highly rated companies including Point Services for quotes on a new system. We decided to move forward with Dustin and Point Services for a number of reasons. First and foremost, Dustin inspected our old system, he thoroughly and professionally answered all of my questions then made sound recommendations based on his years of experience. Once a set-up was decided, his quote that included a variable speed air handler was still slightly lower than the others. Point Services install was prompt, efficient and neat. The final invoice included no surprises and the follow-up was timely. Do yourself a favor and call them next time you have the need.

Had our main AC unit stop working around 6pm and had guests arriving from out of town. Not ideal. Called Point Services and Dustin was out taking a look at it within 30 min.
