Point Services was great to work with. Dustin was able to move up the appointment to help us out and was always timely. He was able to diagnose quickly and the repairs were expedited. I would highly recommend Dustin and Point Services.

Dustin from Point Sevices serviced our AC unit and did a phenomenal job. He was very professional, texted me as he was on his way, took his shoes off at the door, explained everything to me that he was going to do in laymans terms, and then did exactly what he said he was going to do. Dustin and his team did an excellent job from start to finish. All levels were professional from ordering the unit to installing it. Dustin personally stayed in contact with me, was flexible with his schedule and kept me informed on each step in the process which was key to work with our busy schedule. His team of installers were neat and organized and did a great job of installing our air handler in a very unique and tight space. They want above and beyond and truly provided a great customer experience. I highly recommend them. 5 stars because there is no option higher.
