I have peace of mind that things are handled properly and as efficiently as possible. He has gone out of his way on several occasions to keep things up and running which is paramount in the vacation rental business. I would recommend Point Services 💯
After 18 years of service our A/C finally quit. I immediately reached out to a few of local, highly rated companies including Point Services for quotes on a new system. We decided to move forward with Dustin and Point Services for a number of reasons. First and foremost, Dustin inspected our old system, he thoroughly and professionally answered all of my questions then made sound recommendations based on his years of experience. Once a set-up was decided, his quote that included a variable speed air handler was still slightly lower than the others. Point Services install was prompt, efficient and neat. The final invoice included no surprises and the follow-up was timely. Do yourself a favor and call them next time you have the need.
Had our main AC unit stop working around 6pm and had guests arriving from out of town. Not ideal. Called Point Services and Dustin was out taking a look at it within 30 min. He quickly diagnosed the problem and got it up and running within an hour of it going down. Timely. Communicative. Trustworthy. Value... I highly recommend calling Point Services if you need a quick and trustworthy professional.
Dustin came by and examined my system that was not working properly. He was able to get me a new quality AC unit that was priced less than other companies lesser AC unit. Cleaned up all work areas after installation. Kept me informed of all steps. Thanks Dustin!
We arrived back to our home in Osprey a week ago Friday and discovered that our 10 year old HVAC system was beyond further repair. Got a quote from Bullseye for well over $10k for a heat pump system similar to the one that was originally installed. A Southbay neighbor neighbor recommended Dustin and his company Point Services so we contacted him. He can over on Saturday and gave us a quote on the same day for a different type of system that saved us nearly $2k
His crew showed up at 8 am on Tuesday and had the new system installed the same day including new digital wi-fi thermostats.
Couldn’t have been more pleased with Dustin’s company, great communication all along the way, recommended several money-saving alternatives, and has followed-up several times to make sure everything’s good including helping to program the thermostats. Even one of our neighbors who watched them work complemented them on their cleanliness and efficiency.
