We had an excellent experience with Point Services AC. After finding a major leak in our older, existing ac system, we had the entire system replaced by Point Services and are very pleased. Dustin had great communication, the prices were very fair (better than most of the competition), and they had the job done in one day! Our new AC system works great! The house is much cooler and we’ve seen a decent savings in our electric bill. We highly recommend them, plus will refer and use them again in the future.

Can’t say enough good words about Dustin. From the initial phone call to completion, he was super polite and extremely professional. Literally on the ball from start to finish! Everything ran smooth. Continuous communication throughout the installation and inspections. Dustin knows his stuff and was very genuine and honest with the quote and recommendations. I got three quotes, One being absolutely outrageous and another one being the same as Dustin. I went with Dustin as I feel the brand he recommended was much better than his competitor. Plus the fact, he was so great at customer service, which nowadays is hard to find. 100% highly recommended no need to look elsewhere! His crew was on time, worked hard in this heat and polite. They also cleared up all the mess! If I could give a 10 star I could!!

Point Services saved the day!! My AC unit stopped working and the house was quickly heating up. Dustin diagnosed and fixed the unit right away. He thoroughly explained what was wrong with the unit and what he did to fix it. Very professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. I would highly recommend Point Services.

Dustin from Point Sevices serviced our AC unit and did a phenomenal job. He was very professional, texted me as he was on his way, took his shoes off at the door, explained everything to me that he was going to do in laymans terms, and then did exactly what he said he was going to do.
