I immediately messaged Dustin and he came right over. Quick, simple, and got our AC flowing again. I've now signed up for his service plan and look forward to never waking up to a house at 85 degrees again. Thank you Dustin for all your quick help!
We had Dustin come out and change our clogged lines and clean our units (something that was supposed to have been done by Aqua Plumbing and Air, whom we had a contract with). The cleaning was not done (although they said they did it), and Aqua said it would cost about $5,500 to change the lines! Dustin came in and found the cleaning wasn’t done and changed the lines for a FRACTION of what Aqua was going to charge! He did a great job without all the upselling you get from the big companies!

Dustin with Pointe Services did a fabulous job! We needed someone to come look at our commercial AC System. Dustin is very professional, knowledgeable and takes the time to explain exactly what happened and how he is going to fix the problem. Highly recommend and we will use this company again.
Dustin did a great job, responded quickly. He did a yearly preventive maintenance and check up and all the components of the air conditioning system. I observed that he actually checked over more things than ever before was done by other companies. We will surely call Point Services for all of our air conditioning needs in future.
