I observed that he actually checked over more things than ever before was done by other companies. We will surely call Point Services for all of our air conditioning needs in future.
Absolutely fabulous service! By far the best of any contractors that we have hired across the board for service to our home in Sarasota. We are General Contractors from the North East and this speaks volumes. Dustin was "on Point" on time, diagnosed the problem and found the solution for our AC unit that was not working. We highly recommend you call him first with any of your AC need!
I needed a unique, had to find replacement unit due to size constraints. Dustin researched several resources and suppliers and stopped by as needed to do site survey.
He found the perfect unit, pricing was fair and installed in a jiffy. Nice quality install. Did more faster than he promised.

After realizing our AC was not working properly on a Friday afternoon, we called Point Services Air Conditioning and the owner Dustin answered promptly. He arrived to our home within an hour and quickly diagnosed the problem. He had us cooled down & up and running within 45 mins. Very courteous, professional & knowledgeable!

Dustin was quick to respond when we called him and was able to come very shortly after being contacted. He was very thorough in checking things out, let us know exactly what needed to be repaired and gave us an estimate of how much it would cost before continuing further. We told him to do what was necessary and he promptly went to get the parts that were needed and had everything fixed in no time. We certainly appreciate Dustin’s professionalism and easygoing personality. He made our experience so much better! Would highly recommend him to anyone!
