After realizing our AC was not working properly on a Friday afternoon, we called Point Services Air Conditioning and the owner Dustin answered promptly. He arrived to our home within an hour and quickly diagnosed the problem. He had us cooled down & up and running within 45 mins. Very courteous, professional & knowledgeable!

Dustin was quick to respond when we called him and was able to come very shortly after being contacted. He was very thorough in checking things out, let us know exactly what needed to be repaired and gave us an estimate of how much it would cost before continuing further. We told him to do what was necessary and he promptly went to get the parts that were needed and had everything fixed in no time. We certainly appreciate Dustin’s professionalism and easygoing personality. He made our experience so much better! Would highly recommend him to anyone!
Point Services AC is a great service provider. I would highly recommend them for all of your AC needs. We use them to service our AC units at our home and they do an exceptional job, they are professional, diligent, on time, and do it at a great price. Following damage done to my central A/C lines that completely shut down the A/C in our Villa recently, I contacted Dustin at Point Services and within less than an hour he arrived at my home, surveyed the damage, and provided temporary repairs to get the unit running again as it required some parts that he needed to order to effect permanent repairs. The following day he found and picked up the required parts and installed then, recharged the unit with refrigerant, and had it running again like new. His timely response, repairs, and quality service were very much appreciated. Going forward, I would highly recommend Dustin and Point Services Air Conditioning for any needed air or heating service and/or repairs!
