Our 11 year old air unit went on the brink. Three of our neighbors recommended Dustin Bloom @Point Services Air Conditioning. Dustin responded right away and provided 3 replacements options. For each he explained the brand information, warranties and pricing. He was very knowledgeable and answered our many questions. We selected a unit and had the installation scheduled within 2 days. Dustin’s technicians were outstanding, professional and hard working. We liked that they are a team working together for quite some time. We use Point for maintenance, repairs and installation. We are so happy we found them at the recommendation of family who live in the area. Gone are the days of needless upsells via scare tactics and ridiculously long wait times if needing to reschedule. Pricing is very reasonable, and the customer service is fantastic.
