Had an A/C unit that I wanted moved, heard about Dustin from Point Services from a neighbor. Reached out and Dustin responded same day to look at what I needed and offer a quote for the work. He took the time to thoroughly explain how it was going go, so there were no surprises when within two days of accepting the quote, his crew was at our home performing the work. They were professional, polite and knowledgeable and finished the work quickly and efficiently. Very satisfied with Dustin and his crew...good job!
The air conditioner fan for our house stopped working. Dustin showed up in a very timely fashion. He is very experienced and was able to quickly assessed the problem. Without wasting any precious time he had our A/C cooling! Dustin even replaced the odd sized furnace filter.

AC failed. Contacted Dustin and he came out the next morning. Took pictures and explained the condition and that it would cost more to repair than replace. Found a replacement and had a crew ready to install the following day - only to call again an hour later, saying they could install the same day, due to a last-minute cancellation! So, full replacement in just over 24 hours. Awesome!
We used point services right after we moved in. Dustin was quick to answer and head over to assess the issue. He was super thorough and tried a few things before ultimately making a recommendation. His prices were the best I shopped and he was the most responsive. We need more folks in the area who provide good service like this
