Dustin has helped me with everything from a mini-split not keeping up to troubleshooting issues with my condensate pump on my home's main system. I proudly recommend Point Services to friends and family that are new to the area.
We have used Point Services Air many times and referred them to our friends and family as well. Dustin always does what he says, finishes on time and gives very fair prices. If you need any type of HVAC I would highly recommend calling Dustin.
Dustin was prompt, polite, and extremely knowledgeable. He gave me clear options with fair pricing, and because of how well he explained everything, I chose to have an air-purification system added to my home. He fixed my AC on site the same day and will be back out the next day to complete the air-quality upgrade.
